Annual ASIC Statement. Constitution of Company. If Directorship or shareholding has changed during the year, provide details of the change. The detail of wages and salaries paid, deductions made, superannuation contributed during the tax year. All entertainment expenses incurred. Any personal expenses incurred by directors by using company funds. Any company expenses paid by directors by using private funds. Detail of interest,dividends and share from trust or partnership received. Detail of Assets purchased and sold. If company has rental property, Please provide details of amount received from rental income and amount paid for rental expenses. If company has rental property, Please provide the detail of rental income received and rental expenses paid during the financial year. List of Customer and Supplier balances at start and end of financial year. List the value of stock held at the start and end of financial year. list outstanding and prepaid expenses and income at the start and end of financial year. List out all Sales and Purchases made, Return of sales and Return of Purchases made during the financial year.

It will not going to show any estimated tax liability or tax refund. Our Tax agent will prepare TAX RETURN by information provided to us. Once your tax return is finalize, We will sent Tax Return to designated individual for digital signatures. Signed Tax Return will be lodged from our Tax agent portal. Our Tax agent will access your information from ATO portal provided exclusively to tax agent to verify information provided to us. The ownership of correctness and accuracy of information provided to us will exclusively lies on individuals and organisation, However as a due deligence we will take all precautionary steps to verify information as much as possible. We only take the ownership of the correct tax treatment of the information/data provided to us. We do reserve the right to refuse to act as a tax agent even if form is submitted. In such case, We will refund all the amount paid to us in your designated account mentioned in online form. All information provided to us will be confidential and is not going to be transferred or transmitted to third party without your consent. However in case of ATO enquiry, We are liable to show evidence provided to us. Please make sure that correct bank account details are provided as all refund will be transferred to stated bank account mentioned in the form. We do not accept any liability for transferring refund to an account WRONGLY mentioned in our form.
